How do I get started?
Getting started is easy— click here to create your account! Log in, add users, fill out your information, and complete your profile.
Where can I send my brand assets?
Upon creating your account, you will be prompted to fill out your Brand Kit. This is where all of your brand files like colors, logos, style, music, etc. will live.
What do I need to book a sweep?
- Basic information like address, date, time, & key information on what is being filmed are required to book a Sweep™.
- Once booked, you can add inspiration links, goals, and other specifics.
- We need at least a week prior to your Sweep™ date to schedule. If you need coverage sooner, please reach out to support@blendedsense.com
- Please be mindful that a minimum booking for a Sweep™ is 2 hours.
- Any Sweep cancellations occurring less than 24hrs prior to the Sweep™ start time will incur a 6 credit charge.
What do I need to order editing services?
- We will need to know the desired length of the asset, aspect ratio, general goals/ style, & whether or not you would like captions.
- Having your Brand Kit filled out helps speed this process along greatly!
- If you are strictly wanting editing services with something you have filmed yourself, you can upload those assets directly to the platform, or share with support@blendedsense.com
When Can I Expect My Footage?
- If you are only wanting your RAW footage, you can expect that 1-2 days after we have ingested it.
- If you have ordered video editing services, you can expect your first look 5-7 days after footage is ingested.
Do production credits expire?
Production credits are valid for 12 months after the purchase date.
What kind of assets can I get using my production credits?
We are always learning and exploring new assets to add. See our live menu for the current inventory.
What if I have feedback?
Once you are sent your first look, you will have 2 rounds of revisions. For more information on how to leave feedback watch this.
