- Go to the Sign up page.
- Choose how you’d like to sign up:
- Option A: Enter your name, email, and password manually.
- Option B: Click “Sign in with Google” for a faster setup.
- Select your Google account if using the Google sign-in option.
- Choose your role: Pick “Videographer.”
- Enter your phone number when prompted.
- Add your address for contact or job location purposes.
- Select your t-shirt size (used for branded apparel).
- Submit your information — and you’re all set! 🎉

Once your SWEEP is complete, follow these steps to submit your Close Out:
- Open the Close Out form on your dashboard after finishing your SWEEP.
- Answer the "Did this SWEEP go over?" question:
- ✅ If it did NOT go over, select “No”.
- ✅ If it DID go over, select “Yes” and provide:
- A short explanation
- Proof of additional charges (including the amount)
- Confirm if you incurred any extra charges:
- If you didn’t, just submit as is.
- If you did, upload any receipts or documentation as requested.
- Submit the Close Out — and you're all done! 🎉

Once you're signed up as a Videographer, here’s how to check out your upcoming SWEEPs:
- Log into your dashboard.
- From your dashboard, you’ll see a list of all your upcoming SWEEPs.
- Click on any SWEEP to open its details.
- You’ll find everything you need, including:
- Date and time
- Location
- Customer info

Tip: Checking your SWEEP details early helps you prep and show up confident!
💡 If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be deposited on the next business day.
After wrapping up your SWEEP, here’s how to upload your footage:
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Find the SWEEP you just completed in your list of projects.
- Click into the SWEEP and select “Upload Footage.”
- Drag and drop your files into the Upload Dropzone.
- Once your files are organized, click “Upload Footage.”
- Select “Complete” if no other batch needs uploading to confirm you're done.
- Click “Upload Footage” again to finalize — and you’re good to go!🚀

Here’s how to fill it out:
- Log in to your Studio account. Once in your space click the avatar on the top right of the navigation to reveal a dropdown menu.
- Click on the "Brand Kit" link.
- Add your social links — like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, or whatever’s relevant.
- Upload your logo (if you’ve got one).
- Enter your brand colors.
- Choose your fonts — pick the one that best represents your brand.
- Drop in any reference video links you want our editors to use as creative inspiration.
- That’s it! Your Brand Kit is now ready to guide your projects. 🎉

Here's how to manage your billing and make a purchase:
- Log in to your Studio account. Once in your space click the avatar on the top right of the navigation to reveal a dropdown menu.
- Click on the “Billing” link.
- Add your credit card info and click “Save Payment Method.”
- Head over to “Purchase Credits.”
- Choose the credit bundle that fits your needs.
- Select your saved payment method and click “Pay Now.”
- That’s it! Your new credits will show up in your Credit Bank right away. 🎉

Once you’ve purchased credits, you’re ready to book your next SWEEP. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Studio account.
- Navigate to order menu and browse available packages and select one — for example, the Brand Story Package.
- Pick your date and time (ex: 9:00 a.m.).
- Enter the location of the SWEEP.
- Choose your SWEEP preferences:
- Indoor or outdoor
- Drone or no drone
- Vertical, horizontal, or both
- Add a brief project description to guide your creative team.
- Click “Add to Cart.”
- Review your order — double-check everything looks right.
- Click “Submit Order.”
- 🎉 Done! Your SWEEP is officially booked.

- Log in to your Studio account. Go to your dashboard and click on the Order Menu link. Scroll down to the Video Editing Services section.
- Browse the available video types and select one — for example, the Brand Story Video.
- Add a short description to guide your creative team.
- Enter in a quantity and video length.
- Select the video format.
- Click “Add to Cart.”
- Review your order — make sure all the details look right.
- You’ll see the number of credits being used.
- Click “Submit Order” — and you’re all set! 🎉
