Before you sign up

Do you have crews in my market?

Our creative network covers 338 markets nationwide. If we do not have coverage where you need it, tell us the location and we will source and vet a crew for you.

How long until I get my videos?

Standard turnaround is five to seven business days after filming. Event highlight reels and social cutdowns can be prioritized when you need them sooner.

Can you edit footage I already have?

Yes. Our editors work from your existing clips and deliver polished videos cut for websites, social, and campaigns. You can order editing on its own.

Who owns the videos?

You do, once paid in full. We host and index your content only to run the platform on your behalf, and we do not use it to train publicly available AI models.

How far in advance should I book?

Two weeks is comfortable for a standard shoot. If you are speaking at or attending a conference, tell us as soon as the date is on your calendar so we can hold a local crew for those days.

How many revisions are included?

Each deliverable includes a round of revisions. You leave notes directly on the video in the platform, and the editor works from your timestamped comments.
